This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of expert marketers that prioritises collaboration, innovation, personal growth, and a supportive team culture.
You will coach, manage, and lead a team of marketing experts that deliver strategic marketing campaigns for Law Society accreditations, conferences, learning products, and premium memberships, supporting them to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that reach target audiences in new and innovative ways.
You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders at all levels across our Accreditations, Communications, Engagement, Events, Learning & Development, and Sales Teams, and work with them to further develop processes and relationships to elevate the quality of campaigns and improve the customer experience.
This is a new role, and whilst there are core elements of the role that are fixed, there are opportunities to shape this role based on your skills and interests. We try to align projects, campaigns and opportunities with team members' interests and aspirations as much as possible, so you can learn, grow, and gain the experiences you need to progress in your career.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing team members to deliver high-quality results and achieve their professional potential.
- Strong digital marketing skills and knowledge of digital channels and technologies that achieve marketing objectives.
- A proven track record in planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel product marketing campaigns, using owned, earned, and paid media to build awareness, generate, and convert leads.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders up to senior management level.
