A key focus of the role will be portfolio growth and performance. Using data, market insight and customer understanding, you'll optimise the learning offer, increase engagement and revenue, and ensure the L&D function plays a meaningful role in the organisation’s wider commercial strategy.

You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across the function.

We’re looking for someone who blends strategic thinking with execution, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality learning experiences that make a tangible difference.
