We are looking for a Librarian (Systems and Services) to manage the Library Management System and other library systems, and support the delivery of a high‑quality, professional legal research service for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the LMS and other library systems.
  • Handle a range of research requests, including case law, legislation, precedents and commentary.
  • Coach and support trainee librarians to contribute effectively to the service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, account managers and users to deliver enquiry service to the solicitor membership across England and Wales.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with SirsiDynix Symphony and Enterprise LMS or a similar system.
  • High IT literacy with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Proven experience in legal information enquiry work and research using hardcopy and online databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work confidently with colleagues and users.
