The Law Society of Scotland is seeking a Regulation Senior Solicitor to join the Regulation Team.
The role provides expert legal and regulatory advice on the Societyβs statutory framework, leads the development of regulatory frameworks for authorised legal businesses, and acts as Secretary to the Appeals and Reviews Sub-committee.
You will report to the Regulation Director, line-manage two Regulation Solicitors, and work with internal and external stakeholders.
