Overview
Sara Edge Solicitors seek to employ a capable and experienced Solicitor in the conveyancing and probate department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3β5 years PQE and be able to confidently manage their own caseload with support from secretarial staff. The role covers conveyancing, probate and related areas within an established and busy practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle conveyancing matters including residential Sales/Purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
- Manage private clients in probate-related areas, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs), probate and estate planning.
- Build and maintain an existing commercial client base as part of the practice area.
- Manage own caseload with appropriate support from secretarial staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3β5 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in conveyancing and probate.
- Ability to independently manage caseloads with the backing of a supportive team.
- Strong communication and client-care skills to handle private clients and commercial clients.
