Solicitors is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its busy and well-established practice in Northern Ireland, preferably on a full‑time basis, though part‑time will also be considered.
The chosen candidate will manage a varied caseload with a primary focus on residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of title
- Drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning
- Administering estates and probate matters
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor preferably with 3+ years PQE
- Proven experience in Conveyancing Practical experience in wills and probate
- Ability to manage files independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
