Peter Bowles & Company Solicitors are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity.
- Advising clients on private client matters including wills, probate and estate planning.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor, preferably with 2+ years PQE.
- Proven experience of managing files independently.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
