Overview
In this role, you will support migrants who have experienced forced migration and/or are particularly vulnerable by providing immigration advice, casework assistance, and representation.
There will be an opportunity to contribute to strategic litigation, policy advocacy, training and legal information resources.
- Salary
- SO2 – £36,124 + 5% employer pension contribution
- SO1 – £33,366 + 5% employer pension contribution
Qualifications
Applicants must hold IAA Level 2 (Immigration), IAA Level 2 (Asylum and Protection) or a practising certificate.
Applicants holding IAA Level 1 (Immigration) will be considered for the SO1 salary, with potential promotion to SO2 upon attainment of IAA Level 2.
- Working Hours
- Full‑time: 35 hours per week
- Part‑time: 21 hours per week
