Responsibilities include the carriage of IT matters on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents. Advise both employer and employee on all types of employment law matters. Draft pleadings, contracts and policies, and advise on redundancies and negotiating settlement agreements. Liaise with Counsel and third-party funders.
