As a Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor at Kempton Redman Law, you will manage a varied and interesting caseload across residential conveyancing, wills, estate planning, probate administration, and associated private client matters. Your work will involve both technical legal tasks and building strong client relationships, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act for clients on residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property matters.
  • Guide clients through the probate process, estate administration and related documentation.
  • Prepare wills, Powers of Attorney and act in private client matters.
  • Provide excellent, proactive client care and communication.
  • Manage files efficiently from instruction through to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider legal team to deliver consistent high-quality legal services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Law degree and qualification as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland or eligible for NI practice.
  • Experience in conveyancing and probate work β€” ideally 2+ years’ PQE but open to ambitious candidates with strong potential and drive.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centred approach.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to grow professionally.
