Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous monthly performance bonus scheme. Realistic OTE: £35,000–£40,000+
Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays plus additional leave over Christmas and New Year period.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Case Handler to join our busy Sales Team. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property sales, including both freehold and leasehold transactions, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, buyers' solicitors and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
