About The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a high-performing team, supporting our Executive Leadership - the CEO, COO, CFO and CTO - and playing a genuinely important role in how they work.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in enabling others to succeed and sees diary management as a craft, not an admin task - someone who is curious, able to join dots and see the bigger picture, someone who thrives on being one step ahead and builds trusted relationships quickly.

This is an office based role and we are looking for someone who enjoys the pace and community from spending time with colleagues.

We’re also keen to embrace technology and AI tools to work smarter, and we’d love someone who shares that enthusiasm.

If you’re curious, proactive, and energised by a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diary Management & Prioritisation

Effective use of our ELT’s time in a fast paced environment is the heart of this role, and we’re looking for someone who approaches it with real thought and ownership.

Our diverse ELT, has diverse needs, ranging from working parents to busy travel schedules.

You will be tasked with understanding their optimal working patterns and helping schedule their time to maximise their potential.

  • You’ll take genuine responsibility for ELT diaries - thinking ahead, understanding priorities, and making considered decisions about what belongs in their calendars and what doesn’t.
  • Develop a clear sense of what’s important as opposed to merely urgent, acting on that distinction with confidence, holding others to account on their use of ELT time, for example by requested documents and time for pre-meeting preparation.
  • Use technology and AI tools to streamline scheduling, automate routine tasks and free up space for the more strategic, value-adding parts of the role.
  • You’ll handle all meeting logistics quietly and efficiently, and support all four ELT members thoughtfully, recognising that everyone works differently.
  • Business Calendar & Organisational Awareness

A big part of this role is understanding how the business moves through the year and planning around it.

  • You’ll keep a whole-picture view of ELT commitments, ensuring scheduling decisions account for key milestones
  • You’ll take the time to understand Law Debenture and the different areas we cover - who we are, what we do, and what matters most at different points in the year.
  • Board, Governance & Meeting Coordination
  • Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of Board papers and committee packs, and reach out to meeting attendees in advance to gather agenda items
  • You’ll look for opportunities to use AI tools and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of document preparation and governance workflows.
  • Support document workflows and filing in line with governance best practice.
  • Communications, Events & Project Support
  • Help prepare presentations for all-staff briefings, investor meetings and other important meetings, and coordinate Townhalls and internal events from start to finish
  • You’ll provide a helpful starting point on ELT-led projects, manage expenses, and draft correspondence on behalf of the team when needed.

Essential

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience as an EA supporting senior leaders in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • A proactive, strategic approach to diary management - you take ownership rather than waiting to be directed.
  • The confidence to push back when needed, and the judgement to know when that’s the right call.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly under pressure.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A comfort with, and ideally enthusiasm for, AI and productivity tools, with a genuine interest in finding smarter ways to work.
  • A curiosity in Law Debenture - we’re proud of what we do, and we want someone who shares that.

Desirable

  • Experience in a regulated or financial services environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or similar) in a professional context.
  • Familiarity with event management and all-staff communications.
