Role Overview
We are recruiting a Corporate Secretarial Officer to join our team responsible for delivering corporate secretarial and governance services for our UK entities and global clients. The ideal candidate will be structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with an understanding of regulatory compliance. We will support your development with tools and training to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing compliance diaries for UK entities, ensuring statutory filings and record updates, including:
- Preparation of confirmation statements and liaising with clients for review and filing.
- Updating statutory registers and informing clients of deadlines.
- Drafting director resolutions and maintaining electronic records.
