We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and confident Deputy Kids Club manager to join our team at Gorsey Bank Primary School. The post holder will support the Kids Club Manager in the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after-school clubs, helping to ensure high-quality provision for all children. This includes supporting staff ratios, rotas, and cover, building positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers, and creating a safe, stimulating environment that promotes play and exploration. The role also involves observing and responding to children's needs, maintaining equipment and records, and supporting mealtimes to encourage children's independence. This position is contracted on a 22.5 hours per week Term Time Only basis.

Responsibilities- To assist the Kids Club Manager in providing a high quality, play- and child-centred setting.
- To provide high standards of care and play opportunities for children aged 4 to 11 years old in a safe, secure and stimulating environment.
- Support staff ratios, rotas and cover; build positive relationships with staff, parents, and carers; observe and respond to children's needs; maintain equipment and records; and support mealtimes to encourage children's independence.
- Sound educational background including GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
- Good knowledge and understanding of play and how to create opportunities for a wide range of ages and interests.
