The Laurel Academy in Mexborough is seeking a SEN Support Officer to provide administrative support for the SENCO and to track and deliver interventions aimed at improving pupil progress across the Academy.
You will manage the daily deployment and performance of Teaching Assistants to ensure effective use of staff and resources, complementing teachers and other support staff.
Bespoke intervention packages will be designed for secondary pupils with SEND to remove barriers to learning.
