We're partnering with a leading European specialist in data centre delivery, renowned for bringing complex projects to life from initial design through to construction and commissioning. With a strong presence across Europe and a reputation built on quality, innovation and reliability, they are recognised as a trusted partner for some of the industry's most critical infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced QA Manager to join their team on a major data centre project. The Role As QA Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality standards across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, you will champion quality processes and ensure all works are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with project requirements. * Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and procedures. * Ensure company quality standards, policies, and best practices are effectively communicated and maintained on-site. * Review and manage subcontractor quality plans, ensuring full alignment with project and company requirements. * Work closely with client QA/QC representatives to proactively identify and resolve quality issues. * Oversee inspection reports, quality documentation, and the management of quality records. * Manage equipment calibration processes and ensure compliance across all project activities. * Coordinate Test Pack preparation and final handover documentation to support successful project completion. * Provide guidance and support to site teams, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. * Drive process improvements and contribute to the successful delivery of complex mission-critical projects. About You * Minimum 5 years' experience within a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role. * Background working on large-scale construction projects such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial, or Mission Critical facilities. * Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Experience using Autodesk BIM360 Field or similar quality management software. * Strong people management, planning, and coordination skills. * Process-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
