The successful candidate will oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) scope on a large-scale, fast-track data centre project, managing construction teams, subcontractors, design coordination, programme delivery, quality, and site operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, including the CSA engineering, supervision, and construction teams. Coordinate procurement, design, engineering, construction, and installation activities to ensure delivery against project requirements and programme. Develop and manage the CSA delivery strategy, scopes of work, subcontract packages, and construction plans. Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners, monitoring progress, resources, quality, safety, and performance against programme. Coordinate with design teams to ensure construction information, drawings, and technical details are issued in line with programme requirements.
