Craft a Motivational Cover Letter:This is your chance to connect personally! Since you're applying for an apprenticeship, express your eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field. Talk about any relevant experiences, even if they’re informal, that sparked your interest in talent acquisition, and let us know how that ties into what The Launch Group does.

Highlight Your Organisational Skills:Recruiting involves juggling multiple candidates and processes at once. This could be anything from organising a school event to a personal project—show us you can keep things running smoothly!

Be Sincere and Authentic:This may sound a bit cliché, but authenticity goes a long way in recruitment. Make sure your application reflects who you truly are. Use your own voice while writing.
