EHS Advisor – Data Centres Location: Various locations across Europe Employment Type: Full-time Sector: Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure Level: EHS Advisor About the Role We are seeking experienced EHS Advisors to join our growing data centre and critical infrastructure team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-value projects by ensuring strong environmental, health and safety standards across construction activities. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day EHS support across data centre construction projects. * Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and project standards. * Conduct site inspections, audits, safety observations and workplace assessments. * Develop and review EHS plans, procedures, risk assessments and method statements. * Review contractor RAMS, permits and EHS documentation. * Provide EHS guidance to site management, contractors and subcontractors. * Investigate incidents and near misses, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions. * Monitor and report EHS performance, KPIs, trends and corrective actions. * Deliver or support inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings and EHS training. * Monitor high-risk construction activities and environmental controls. * Participate in project and EHS coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders. * Maintain accurate EHS records, reports and project documentation. * Promote continuous improvement and EHS best practice across project teams. Requirements * 3+ years’ experience in an EHS / HSE / SHE role within construction, engineering or infrastructure. * Relevant qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent. * Experience on large-scale construction or critical infrastructure projects; data centre experience is desirable. * Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, construction safety and contractor management. * Experience with inspections, audits, risk assessments, RAMS reviews and incident investigations. * Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices. * Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. * Willingness to travel and work on a rotational basis across European project locations. Travel costs covered for non-local candidates, with single-occupancy accommodation and all utilities included during time away from home
