The Launch Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate
- Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time: 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
Location: Gateshead with options for remote work, depending on requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
