Role
We are looking to appoint a small number of reliable and responsible Exam Invigilators to join our team of up to 29 invigilators, supporting the Exams Officer in the smooth and professional running of internal, external and entrance examinations.
This important and highly valued role requires excellent attention to detail, strong timekeeping and the ability to remain calm and focused in a formal examination environment. You will play an important part in ensuring that examinations are conducted fairly and in accordance with examination regulations, while providing students with a calm and supportive environment in which to complete their exams.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a rewarding role in a forward-thinking school, or for those wishing to develop their experience of working within an educational environment. Previous examination experience is not essential, as full training and guidance will be provided. We welcome applications from individuals who are reliable, flexible and professional, with a strong commitment to supporting young people and contributing positively to the wider school community.
Please note: There is no guarantee as to the number of invigilation sessions you will be allocated during each examination period. Applicants must be available to support examinations during the key periods of January-March, May-June and September.
