We're looking for passionate, energetic and talented Supervisors to join our opening team. What You'll Do As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the guest experience, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards are delivered every day. You'll: Lead by example, delivering warm, engaging and professional service at all times Support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the venue Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve their best Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest queries confidently and professionally Monitor service standards and maintain a seamless guest journey throughout every shift Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks Support the training and onboarding of new team members Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health
