The Last Exchange is a bold new concept from Individual Restaurants, inspired by the character and energy of London's historic markets. Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience where quality, craftsmanship and people come first.

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our opening team and play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an exciting new London opening, working alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
  • Washing crockery, cutlery, cookware and kitchen equipment
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
  • Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
  • Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
  • Maintaining the highest food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a great guest experience
