The Last Exchange is a bold new concept from Individual Restaurants, inspired by the character and energy of London's historic markets. Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience that celebrates quality, craftsmanship and great people. We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team and play a key role in delivering exceptional food standards from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running your own section and delivering consistently high food standards
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to specification
  • Working closely with the kitchen leadership team to deliver smooth, efficient service
  • Supporting and developing junior chefs
  • Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
  • Managing stock, minimising waste and ensuring excellent kitchen organisation
  • Taking pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
  • A passion for fresh ingredients and quality British food
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and progress
