Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience that celebrates quality, craftsmanship and great people. We're looking for a Breakfast Server to join our opening team, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 12:00pm. Whether it's serving the perfect morning coffee, delivering a great breakfast experience or giving our guests a warm welcome before they start their day, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the moment we open our doors. What You'll Be Doing Providing friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests Creating a welcoming atmosphere during our breakfast service Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently Serving breakfast dishes, coffees and beverages to the highest standard Ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organised and presentation-ready Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Maintaining excellent product knowledge and making recommendations to guests Always upholding our standards of hospitality and guest care We're Looking For Someone Who Has a positive and engaging personality Enjoys meeting and talking to people Is reliable and punctual for early morning shifts Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment Takes pride in delivering great service Shares our passion for hospitality Why Join the Last Exchange?
