The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced German speaking German speaking General Practitioner (GP) to join a growing Clinical Team and help deliver safe, effective, and high-quality digital healthcare.
This is an exciting, 4 day-a-week opportunity for a GMC-registered GP who is looking to practise medicine in a flexible, technology-enabled environment.
You will review online patient consultations, make autonomous evidence-based clinical decisions, and support patients through their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and assessing asynchronous patient consultations, with a focus on weight management and other digital healthcare services
- Assessing patient suitability for GLP-1 therapies and other treatments in line with clinical guidelines and prescribing pathways.
- Requesting additional clinical information where required to support safe and appropriate prescribing decisions
- Prescribing medication safely in accordance with GMC guidance, UK legislation, and clinical protocols
- Monitoring ongoing treatment and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey
- Participating in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient pathways and service delivery
- Providing clinical input into new treatments, services, and digital healthcare solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
- Candidate Profile
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- GMC registration with a licence to practise in the UK.
- CCT in General Practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge gained through UK General Practice experience.
- Excellent understanding of evidence-based medicine and safe prescribing.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.
- Confidence making autonomous clinical decisions within a remote healthcare environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Experience using digital platforms and electronic clinical systems.
- A genuine interest in innovation and improving healthcare through technology.
- Salary & Benefits
£100,000 pa pro rata over a 1-5 day week. eg. for a 4 day week, the pro rata salary would be c£80,000. £100% remote working option possible. London office available if preferred.
