We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a German speaking Sales Market Manager to join an international events company for the Technology sector. You will be required to develop sales of their flagship IT events in Germany and Switzerland and also work on other events in other countries (Paris, Milan, Warsaw, and Riyadh) when required.

Location of the job: Central London office

Language requirements for the job: Fluency in German and English is essential.

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Sales Market Manager:

  • Searching for and developing B2B sales in the Swiss/German IT / Digital Infrastructure Industry, using CRM/LinkedIn etc.
  • Achieving a monthly revenue target.
  • Managing accounts for the company.
  • Manage and drive operational processes to effectively support Audience Targeting Products and campaigns.
  • Generating new business within existing relationships by upselling and cross-selling other product categories.
  • Setting overall conference strategic direction with the General Manager and being responsible for the delivery of 800+ delegate conference.
  • Grow new business revenue in Europe through self-sourcing leads and responding to inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated history of initiative.
  • Capable of engaging at all levels of the organization with superb communication skills.
  • Generating leads in order to create a prospect client database.

The successful candidate background:

  • Fluency in German & English is essential.
  • BSc / BA Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Have a proven track record of closing new business.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and presentation skills.

Salary, benefits and working hours: Excellent basic salary + commission - OTE of £50,000 / £60,000.
