German Speaking Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Life Sciences

  • Location: Central London (City) – 4 days in-office, 1 remote day (Wednesday)

The Opportunity:
Due to ongoing expansion, they ar hiring for aGerman Speaking Recruitment Consultantto join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Technology and Life Sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle
  • Source and select candidates via LinkedIn, social media, CRM, and job boards
  • Build and maintain client relationships in the DACH region
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Screen and qualify candidates via phone interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Post job ads and manage your professional presence on LinkedIn
  • Travel to Europe (mainly DACH) for client meetings and networking

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ideally educated to University degree (any discipline) level
  • Previous recruitment experience – any sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven by success
  • Strong knowledge or interest in European/DACH business culture
  • Willing to travel to Germany or Switzerland every few weeks

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £27,000 – £45,000 (negotiable)
  • Uncapped commission – OTE £50,000 – £100,000
