Our client is a leading international recruitment consultancy specialising in high-growth sectors such as Financial Services, Technology and Energy. They have established long-term relationships with major global companies, particularly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
The Opportunity
Due to ongoing expansion, they are hiring for a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll work on recruitment assignments across Europe, primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Technology and Life Sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle
- Source and select candidates via LinkedIn, social media, CRM, and job boards
- Build and maintain client relationships in the DACH region
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Post job ads and manage your professional presence on LinkedIn
- Travel to Europe (mainly DACH) for client meetings and networking
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in German and English
- Ideally educated to University degree (any discipline) level
- Previous recruitment experience - any sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, competitive, and driven by success
- Strong knowledge or interest in European/DACH business culture
- Willing to travel to Germany or Switzerland every few weeks
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
- Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 - £100,000
