We are hiring for a German Speaking Project Manager to join an international creative media agency.
Location: South London (15 minutes by train from Central London). Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home).
Languages: Fluent German & English Required.
The Company: Our client is an international creative media company, working with major client brands from across the world.
The Role: As a German Speaking Project Manager, you will work on high profile German speaking client brands and manage a number of projects within the creative industry. Typical job responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for client accounts, projects and brands and develop client relationships.
- Manage a large number of projects from taking the initial client brief to releasing the project to the client.
- Work closely with the internal Design teams to facilitate the production of artwork for clients.
- Manage large international brands/countries as required.
- Ensure design and production across all product packaging.
- Advise clients on timelines for the design and artwork process.
- Write briefings for internal design, photoshoot and digital artwork project teams.
- Organise photoshoots, get quotations, write photo briefings etc.
- Keep full track of all your live projects.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
- Account/Project Management experience is essential from a media / creative environment.
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience running accounts or projects.
- Previous experience working within a creative environment is essential.
- Some marketing or branding experience would be highly beneficial.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, able to manage timelines and meet constant deadlines.
- Experience of managing a range of projects.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours: £35,000 – £40,000. Monday - Friday, normal office hours. Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home).
