The Company
Our client is a world-leading global technology brand, renowned for innovation and excellence. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a German-speaking Marketing Specialist to join their high-performing EMEA Strategic Marketing Team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and creative marketing professional to take ownership of regional campaigns, digital assets, and PR alignment across the DACH and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify focus campaigns, markets, and products
- Create marketing assets across various media formats
- Develop and oversee video content in collaboration with creative teams
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key B2B events with internal and external stakeholders
- Build relationships with B2B influencers to boost brand awareness and credibility
- Assist in quarterly and monthly marketing reporting
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external customers
- Contribute to B2B social media planning in conjunction with the content team
- Review and advise on PR content to ensure brand and campaign alignment
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in German (strong preference); other European languages may be considered
- Experience in a B2B sales or marketing role
- IT / Technology marketing background is essential
- Experience developing video or case study content is a plus
- Familiarity with email marketing and campaign tools is desirable
- Prior exposure to PR and communications is advantageous
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £40,000 – £43,000
- Bonus: 15–20% of salary (approx. £6,000 – £8,600 annually)
- OTE: £51,000+
- Holidays: 24 days + up to 8 Bank Holidays, increasing with service
- Pension: 6% employer contribution (after two months)
