The Role
- We are looking for a German speaking Recruitment Consultant to manage full 360 recruitment across technology and life sciences sectors, mainly in Switzerland and Germany.
- Source and select candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media.
- Screen candidates and manage the interview process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Market yourself on LinkedIn and build your personal reputation in your market.
- Travel occasionally to DACH countries to meet clients and candidates.
- Generate new business and understand client hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Must be self‑motivated and have a desire to succeed.
- Resilience. Must be able to adapt to setbacks.
- A team player. People Skills: You enjoy helping and communicating with people.
- Any Sales or Recruitment experience would be an advantage BUT not essential - all backgrounds are of interest!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fantastic positive attitude to be successful.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Competitive and sales-driven mindset.
- Cultural awareness of European business practices.
- Willingness to travel to DACH countries every few weeks.
Salary & Benefits
- Base: £30,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 - £110,000).
