The Role

As a German speaking Customer Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany.

You\'ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations.
  • Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
  • Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.

About You

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
