About the Company
Join a leading international creative media agency! This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaker with project/account management experience in a creative setting to step into a key role on high-profile client accounts.
The Role: German Speaking Account Manager
As the German Speaking Account Manager, you will take ownership of several German-speaking client accounts and lead projects from brief to delivery. You’ll work across creative and production teams, helping ensure all project elements — from branding to packaging design — are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, developing strong and lasting relationships
- Handle multiple creative projects and ensure timely execution
- Take and interpret client briefs, then release projects for production
- Work closely with internal Design and Production teams to deliver high-quality artwork
- Coordinate and advise on timelines, ensuring smooth project flow
- Write detailed creative briefs for design, digital, and photoshoot teams
- Organise and manage photoshoots — including getting quotes and writing briefings
- Track progress of all live projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Support international campaigns and brand rollouts across markets
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
- Account Management or Project Management experience in a media/creative agency
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A background in marketing, branding, or packaging design is highly advantageous
- Organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with large international brands preferred
