The Job

They are now looking to hire either a French or German speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in the fast-paced Energy sector across Europe. You will be working with renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure companies, from oil & gas to emerging clean technologies, supporting them with their ongoing recruitment needs.

The job will typically include the following responsibilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with clients in the energy sector across France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for technical and commercial roles
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement
  • Staying ahead of market trends to become a trusted advisor in the energy recruitment space
  • Using your German or French language skills to engage with clients and candidates

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German OR French
  • Proven recruitment experience (energy, engineering, or technical sectors preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary
