We’re Hiring! Multilingual Marketing Specialist (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) – EMEA | Tech & Digital
Location: Hybrid – South West London office (Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri from home)

Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 + bonus (OTE c. £51,000)

The Company
Our client is a world-leading global technology brand, recognised for driving innovation and setting benchmarks in excellence. With rapid growth across EMEA, they’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist (German, French, Spanish, or Italian speaking) to join their high-performing Strategic Marketing Team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketer to shape regional campaigns, develop digital assets, and ensure PR alignment across multiple European markets. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to define campaign priorities, target markets, and product focus.
- Create compelling marketing assets across multiple formats.
- Develop engaging video and case study content with creative teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events across EMEA.
- Build and manage relationships with B2B influencers to enhance credibility.
- Support quarterly and monthly marketing reporting.
- Align activities with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Contribute to B2B social media campaigns in collaboration with content teams.
- Review PR content to ensure messaging consistency with brand strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in German, French, Spanish or Italian, plus strong English.
- Experience in B2B marketing or sales (technology sector is essential).
- Background in IT / technology marketing.
- Experience with video or case study content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing and campaign tools.
- Exposure to PR, communications, or influencer engagement is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £40,000 – £43,000
- Bonus: 15–20% (£6,000–£8,600 annually)
- OTE: £51,000+
- Holidays: 24 days + up to 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with service)
- Pension: 6% employer contribution (after 2 months)
- Travel: 75% reimbursement (up to £120/month)
- Private Medical Insurance: Fully covered for you + 50% for partner

Working Hours
- Mon–Thu: 8:00 – 17:30
