We\\\βre hiring for a French speaking Customer Service Executive
to join a leading, award-winning global export company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.
Location:
London β Hybrid role β 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Languages:
Fluent French and English
Salary:
Β£28,000 pa
Responsibilities
Processing of orders
Liaising with French-speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
Responding promptly to customer enquiries (e.g., prices, stock availability, delivery queries)
Liaising with other departments (logistics, etc.) to provide necessary export documentation
Providing a first-class and quality service at all times
Attending events and exhibitions when required
Communicating with sales reps within the French-speaking territories
Candidate experience / skills
Fluent French and English is essential
Previous experience in customer service is essential β B2B experience is preferred
Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
