The Role

As a Dutch or Danish Speaking Client Services Associate, you will work closely with institutional clients across the Netherlands, Denmark and wider European markets, providing outstanding client support while gaining valuable exposure to investment operations and financial services. Following a comprehensive induction programme, you'll develop specialist knowledge across multiple areas of the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in investment management, financial services, banking operations, client services or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with banks, institutional clients and financial organisations
  • Support clients with operational, administrative and service-related enquiries
  • Produce client reports, market analysis and business documentation

  • Assist with investment operations and internal business processes
  • Develop expertise across multiple business areas through structured training

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch or Danish, together with fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline is advantageous
