Stellenübersicht
Zur Verstärkung des internationalen Teams wird derzeit ein deutschsprachiger Einkäufer (m/w/d) gesucht. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie Kundenanfragen und -bestellungen und arbeiten eng mit Lieferanten zusammen, um Produkte zu beschaffen und eine termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Recherche und Kontaktaufnahme mit neuen sowie bestehenden Lieferanten
- Einholung und Bewertung von Preisangeboten
- Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Vorschlägen für Kunden
- Erteilung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen
- Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen zur Sicherstellung pünktlicher Lieferung
- Abstimmung mit Lager- und Logistikteams zur Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lieferstandards
- Durchführung von Aufgaben im Bereich Lieferanten- und Kundenbeziehungsmanagement (SRM & CRM)
Anforderungsprofil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Italienisch oder Arabisch, sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Gute administrative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im kundenorientierten Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Einkauf, in der Logistik oder im Versandwesen ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere am Telefon
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Multitasking-Fähigkeiten
- Wohn- und Arbeitsberechtigung im Vereinigten Königreich erforderlich (Visa-Sponsoring ist nicht möglich)
Gehalt, Leistungen & Arbeitszeiten
- Gehalt: £30.000 – £35.000 pro Jahr, abhängig von der Erfahrung
- Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 08:30–13:00 Uhr und 14:00–17:00 Uhr (37,5 Stunden pro Woche); Flexibilität kann erforderlich sein
- Urlaub: 25 Urlaubstage pro Jahr plus gesetzliche Feiertage

Eigener Transport wird für die Anfahrt zum Büro in Colchester benötigt.
