Descrizione del ruolo
Stiamo cercando un*Buyer madrelingua italianaper unirsi al team internazionale in crescita. La figura selezionata gestirà richieste e ordini da parte dei clienti, si interfaccerà con fornitori globali e garantirà una gestione efficiente degli acquisti e delle consegne.
Responsabilità principali
- Ricerca e gestione di clienti italiani (attuali e potenziali), comprendendone le esigenze
- Ricerca fornitori, confronto dei prezzi e selezione delle offerte migliori
- Negoziazione di prezzi, termini di pagamento e tempi di consegna
- Preparazione e invio di preventivi ai clienti
- Emissione e gestione di ordini di acquisto
- Monitoraggio degli ordini e delle tempistiche di consegna
- Collaborazione con magazzino e logistica per garantire qualità e puntualità
- Attività di gestione relazioni con fornitori (SRM) e clienti (CRM)
- Supporto post-vendita.
Profilo del candidato ideale
- Fluente initaliano(requisito fondamentale) e in inglese
- Ottime capacità amministrative ed esperienza nel contatto con clienti
- Esperienza pregressa come Buyer o in ambito acquisti è un vantaggio (non obbligatoria)
- Conoscenze in ambito logistico o spedizioni rappresentano un plus
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, anche telefoniche
- Persona organizzata, attenta ai dettagli, capace di lavorare in autonomia e in team
- Èessenzialedisporre dimezzo di trasporto proprioper raggiungere l’ufficio
- È richiesto ildiritto di vivere e lavorare nel Regno Unito(non è previsto il visto o sponsorship).
Salario, benefit e orario
- Salario: £30.000 – £35.000 (in base all’esperienza) + bonus annuale del 10%
- Orario: Dal lunedì al venerdì, 08:30-13:00 e 14:00-17:00 (37,5 ore settimanali). Potrebbe essere richiesta flessibilità.
- Ferie: 25 giorni lavorativi l’anno, più le festività pubbliche.
- Benefit: Pacchetto competitivo.
