About the Company: Our client is a long-standing and hugely successful manufacturing company, exporting successfully across the world into a range of business sectors.
The Role: To join their international export sales team, they wish to hire a French speaking Export Sales Executive. Supporting business clients from the French speaking countries of Europe, your job will concentrate on building successful export sales relationships and providing an excellent service to your customers.
Your typical job responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for your own portfolio of customers, providing a professional and efficient service
- Building relationships with existing customers whilst identifying opportunities for new business development
- Using high attention to detail and an organised approach to ensure orders are processed and delivered OTIF
- Using expert product knowledge to handle customer enquiries and complaints to full resolution
- Liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure a smooth sales process
- Ensuring all sales documentation, including export/customs paperwork, is completed accurately
Candidate Profile, Skills and Background:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Ideally a knowledge of international trade and export documentation
- An ability to identify sales opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and personable style to develop strong customer relationships
- Have initiative and independent work skills
- SAP Experience is an advantage (not essential as training will be provided)
Salary & Benefits: £34,000 - £36,000 per year. Excellent benefits include:
