The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an International Corporate Tax Manager to join a highly regarded international accounting practice based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate tax professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with client interaction in a dynamic international business environment. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor on a broad range of UK and international corporate tax matters. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically strong, and confident explaining complex tax issues clearly to clients and stakeholders.

The Role

As International Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services to a varied client base ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to multinational groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including privately owned businesses and multinational organisations
  • Advise clients on UK corporate tax matters and oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for tax-related matters
  • Support business development initiatives across the existing client portfolio
  • Prepare proposals and written advice covering:
    • Multi-jurisdictional tax compliance
    • Cross-border transactions
    • UK inbound and outbound investments
    • International tax matters
    • UK tax due diligence projects
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team on client delivery and strategic growth initiatives
  • Support the wider tax team on corporate tax planning and advisory assignments
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the corporate tax function

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent English is essential. Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, or Turkish is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong corporate tax compliance and advisory experience
  • Previous experience within a UK tax advisory and compliance environment
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • CTA qualification is advantageous; candidates with relevant overseas tax qualifications and strong experience will also be considered
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Sound technical knowledge of UK corporate and income taxation
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
