A leading international accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Director to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio and play a key role in driving the firm’s continued growth. This is a senior leadership position working within the outsourcing sector, with a strong emphasis on client development, business growth and strategic influence, working closely with Partners in a genuine partner-led environment.
You will lead a portfolio of clients, win new business and oversee the delivery of high quality outsourced accounting services to a range of UK and international businesses. There is a clear and realistic pathway to Partnership for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, already operating at Director level (and potentially ready to step up to Partner level) with proven experience within a practice environment, strong client management skills and a track record of winning and growing work.
- £90,000 – £125,000 + bonus
- Hybrid working (Central London office 3–4 days/week)
