We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for either a German or French speaking Recruitment Consultant to join a progressive and international recruitment agency specialising in the life sciences and medical industries.
You'll be working across French or German-speaking regions of Europe, building relationships with leading organisations in the sector and matching them with talent.
About the Role
As a German or French speaking Recruitment Consultant, your mission will be to understand the unique hiring needs of clients in the life sciences space and deliver high-calibre candidates to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and medical industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Source and interview candidates via phone and in-person
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
- Provide support to colleagues and contribute to team success
About You
We are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and capable of building lasting relationships in a dynamic international environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in either French or German (both written and spoken)
- Degree educated - ideally in life sciences, medical sciences, or business
- Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but not essential (full training provided)
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity or willingness to learn medical/life science terminology
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: £28,000 (graduate entry) - £45,000 (experienced recruiters)
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE of £50,000+
- Hybrid working: 2+ days per week in the High Wycombe office (50 mins from London)
- 25 days holiday, increasing with service
