Contexte de l'entreprise: Notre client est une organisation internationale du secteur des sciences de la vie et des technologies. Elle exerce ses activités avec succès dans le monde entier.

Responsabilités du poste:

  • Compléter les soumissions de questionnaires de préqualification, RFQ et les informations techniques/conformité pour les appels d'offres et manifestations d'intérêt.
  • Télécharger/uploader les documents via les portails de passation de marchés.
  • Gérer les questions/réponses de clarification.
  • Maintenir une bibliothèque de documents fréquemment utilisés et de réponses types.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les collègues pour recueillir des données supplémentaires.
  • Gérer le processus d'approbation avant soumission.
  • Rassembler les informations nécessaires, y compris CV, informations techniques, statistiques et diapositives de présentation.
  • Produire les documents finaux.
  • Examiner tous les documents d'appel d'offres avant soumission pour vérifier leur exactitude et complétude.

Profil du candidat:

  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
  • Une solide expérience administrative et de préférence une expérience dans la gestion des offres, le marketing ou le développement commercial sont nécessaires.
  • Vous êtes un administrateur expérimenté avec une préférence pour une expérience dans la coordination d'appels d'offres.
