Do you speak fluent French and have a good knowledge of golf? We are hiring for a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a highly successful global brand in the golf sector. You will be working on the French speaking business markets of Europe, supporting the Sales Manager and B2B customers with customer related queries and orders.

Hybrid role, 3 days a week in the office which are based close to Reading.

THE ROLE

As part of their global sales and customer support team, your role as a French speaking Customer Service Executive will be to manage inbound and outbound sales activity, ensuring queries are handled efficiently. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and partners to support both service and sales success. Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day sales and service support to Area Sales Managers and customers in France
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, identifying and resolving customer queries efficiently
  • Support outbound sales and service activity alongside the field sales team
  • Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interactions
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Develop knowledge of order processing, shipping and wider business operations

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluent French and English is essential
  • A strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales role
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and via email
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • A knowledge of golf is essential
