The Role
As a
German speaking Customer Service Executive , you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations.
- Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
