Your Role as Spa Host
As a Spa Host, you are more than a receptionist or an attendant; you are a curator of calm, a connector of people, and the essential link between guests and their spa journey. From the moment a guest steps through our doors to the moment they leave, your presence ensures that every experience is thoughtful, intuitive, and exceptional.
This is a casual position offering part-time hours, up to 24 hours per week.
Spa Host primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all spa guests and members with warmth, confidence, and elegance
- Guide guests through the spa experience, anticipating needs and personalising each visit
- Assist Spa Receptionists with check-ins, appointment bookings, and post-treatment check outs
- Offer product knowledge and wellness recommendations aligned with guest preferences
- Provide heartfelt service that reflects both the history of our estate and the innovation of modern luxury
- Prepare relaxation, thermal and pool areas with attention to detail and guest comfort
- Support cleanliness and upkeep of shared spa spaces in line with luxury standards
- Manage towel and linen requirements in coordination with the wider spa team
- Handle calls, emails, and guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Remain informed about spa services, promotions, and special events
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment in a front-facing role
- Naturally warm, composed, and polished interpersonal skills
- An intuitive sense for guest needs and emotional intelligence in every interaction
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality setting
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
