About this Role
The Langley Academy is seeking a committed, resilient and compassionate Student Support Manager -Reset Room Lead to oversee our Reset Room provision and play a key role insupporting students' behaviour, wellbeing and successful reintegration intolearning.
Working closely with pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams, you willcreate a calm and purposeful environment where students can reflect on theirchoices, develop positive behaviours and continue their education.
This is an excitingopportunity for someone with experience of working with young people, strongbehaviour management skills and a passion for inclusion, restorative practiceand helping every student achieve success.
