We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiter / Waitress for our award winning Palm Court Restaurant.
The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.
At The Langham, London we offer fantastic package for the role:
- Pay of circa 27,500 per year
- Annual holidays of 4 weeks plus bank holidays

As a Waiter / Waitress in Palm Court, your main role will be to:
- Welcome guests to Palm Court in a friendly and engaging manner
- Provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
- Be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu
- Demonstrate your passion in Palm Court and personalise and engage with your guests
- Be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
- Ensure that you adhere to health and safety matters
The ideal Waiter in Palm Court will have:
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
- Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- Ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
